REDEFINING PERSONAL TRAINING

I’m Martin, a physiotherapist, strength coach, former athlete, and founder of the Health and Performance Training Club. After suffering a career-ending injury and undergoing multiple surgeries at a very young age, I quickly realized the importance of having a strong and well-functioning body. This insight led me to pursue a career as a physiotherapist and later as a strength coach. 

My goal is to create a concept that bridges the gap between conventional physiotherapy, functional medicine, and strength training. I aim to empower individuals to become strong, healthy, and pain-free while preventing others from experiencing similar frustrations to those I faced due to my knee injury.

To bring this concept to life, I've spent the last decade traveling the world, collaborating with neurosurgeons, chiropractors, Olympic and UFC strength coaches, functional medicine practitioners, and other leading experts to master the art of health and maximal performance. 

I aspired to create a place where passion meets professionalism and personal training service is at the highest level. A place where professional athletes and everyday individuals can achieve their goals, whatever they might be.
