I’m Martin—a physiotherapist, strength coach, former athlete, and the founder of Health and Performance Training Club. My journey into health and performance started with personal adversity. After suffering a career-ending injury and undergoing multiple surgeries at a young age, I quickly realized the critical importance of a strong, resilient, and well-functioning body. This experience fueled my passion for movement, recovery, and performance, leading me to become a physiotherapist and later a strength coach.

My mission is to bridge the gap between conventional physiotherapy, functional medicine, and strength training—creating a system that not only helps people recover from injuries but also empowers them to become stronger, healthier, and pain-free for life. I want to prevent others from experiencing the same frustration I faced due to my injury, ensuring they have the tools to unlock their full physical potential.

Over the past decade, I’ve traveled the world, learning from leading experts in various fields—neurosurgeons, chiropractors, physiotherapists, Olympic and UFC strength coaches, and functional medicine practitioners. Under Wolfgang Unsold, one of Germany’s top strength coaches, I mastered the art of periodization. I learned how to train athletes based on their neurotype and refine strength and mobility techniques from Colombian Olympic coach Carlos Castro. UFC strength and conditioning coach Phil Daru taught me how to train elite and combat athletes, while Josh Bryant shared the secrets of maximal strength and developing world-class powerlifters.

Building on the knowledge gained from these giants, I developed my own training and lifestyle methodology, combining the best of their expertise into a system crafted for peak performance and lasting results.
